All our orders are made by automatic sewing computer machines, which make sure each stitchings are in perfect. And all of the shoes are the same. Usually Samples turn around time : 15 days. 

There are 2 kinds of custom soles: engraved soles or molding soles; engraved soles is muh faster and cheaper. Normally laser engraves the blanks soles, its like embossed logos. Molding soles take around 30 days around. 

We need ask our sole mold suppliers for help make the sole molds: you could design the whole part of bottom soles whatever you want. But sold molds cost high: $1,000 per size. if your size range is US4-14, you need open 17 size molds: 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5,11, 12, 13, 14. Thats expensive, but the custom soles help you identify your brand which other blank soles or engraved could not.

For custom samples, $500 charged. after bulk order placed, will refund you $500. Our MOQ is 500 pairs. Suede, leather, denim, canvas, nubuck materials are available. 

For bulk orders

For bulk orders, we accept preorders. we could ship the shoes directly to your customers. So clients could save much time on delivery. Normally, we need ship shoes to flights companies warehouse, then they deliver to UPS/FeDex warehouse, and then to clients. After clients get them, they need packed and ship to customers. It takes long time. We could help ship the shoes directly to customers by DHL, 4-5 days. 

For samples

For samples, we usually custom the tongue tags, size tags, insoles, swoosh logos, back heel embroideried/stamped, blanks soles engraved. You need pay extra for custom box and paper. Samples usually take around 20 working days, depends on your designs. 
Sample upper is stitched by hand, not computer stitching. We need open a set of stitching molds If you wanna perfect computer stitching. That takes around 2 weeks. We can finish in 2 days if you accept hand stitching.
