As China's first long-term mechanical testing equipment, the R series of high-temperature creep and endurance products of China Machinery Testing have won many national and industry awards for their leading technology and stable performance since their launch in the 1980s, and have received special funding support from the Ministry of Science and Technology. As a star product in the domestic testing equipment industry, it has an excellent industry reputation and a leading market share, and has repeatedly stood out in the bidding of key areas involving the lifeline of the national economy and major national scientific and technological infrastructure projects. The R series creep and endurance test system is mainly used for tensile, compression, endurance, creep, relaxation tests of metal and non-metallic materials, as well as low-cycle fatigue, creep fatigue, stress corrosion and other tests. It includes electronic high-temperature creep and endurance testers, mechanical high-temperature creep and endurance testers, butterfly fatigue testers, slow tensile stress corrosion testers, and their extended models.
RDL series: jointly developed by China Machinery Testing and the German DOLi company. The control system adopts the EDC digital controller customized and developed by the German DOLi company for the China Machinery Testing creep testing machine. The software system adopts the EDC digital controller jointly developed by both parties and has the exclusive right to use it. CreepTest test software and Creep Test Expert v2.0 software system independently developed by China Machinery Testing. This series of equipment has the characteristics of mature and stable technology and reliable long-term testing.RWS series: The measurement and control part adopts the TMC series digital controller independently developed by China Machine Testing.
Highly integrated integrated host (temperature control system and controller are integrated inside the host) saving space, intuitive display, and convenient operation.Electronic creep allows multiple hosts to be placed side by side without gaps, saving space occupied by the hosts.The software can test offline and recover all data (force, temperature, deformation, displacement).
