Sample time: Within 3 days
(1) 100 to 500 pcs: 10 days after confirm sample
(2) 501 to 20K pcs: 12 work days after confirm sample
(3) 20K and higher pcs: according to size and crafts, will provide after confirm details

Q2: Can you help with the design? What format design file you want for printing?
A: We have professional designers to help with simple information such as logo and some images, design format: AI; PDF; CDR; PSD; EPS.

Q3: Is the sample charge can be refundable?
A: Yes, normally the sample charge can be refundable when you confirm the mass production, but for the specific situation pls contact the people who follow up with your order.
