The body is made from heavy duty, rust proof stainless steel making it durable. Four solid stainless steel bars form a sturdy frame that that won’t bend or bow under pressure. The machine has variable speed & high torque management system. If discover the piston plate moves down too fast or too slow, can press speed button to adjust the right speed. when the piston moves to the meat at the bottom of the barrel, the machine will stop automatically.

Our gears and handle are using steel with phosphating coating to improve the gears corrosion resistance and lubricity. The gears can help you make sausage easy and efficient. Heavy-duty rubber gasket seals the cylinder to prevent leaks. Air Release Valve to reduce air from flowing into casings and meat bags ensuring a better final product. Foot pedal switch allow hand-free operation. One person can complete the whole process alone. Quick removable Barrel design for easy and filling and cleaning.


Application: 

It is the perfect electric sausage stuffer for use in any kitchen, bar, restaurant, laundry, janitorial room, or other commercial setting. This unit is manufactured for Commercial or Industrial Use.

Operation Instruction:

1.Put the pedal on dry ground.

2.The electrical plug on the power supply and the switch according to "ON".

3.Black and switch according to "UP", make the piston plate moved to the top.

4.Take out the meat barrels, put sausage stuffing into the meat inside.

5.Put meat barrels back on the fuselage.

6.Black switch according to "DOWN", and then use the foot pedal,  the piston plate moves down.

7.If the piston plate moves down too fast or too slow, can press speed knob to adjust the right speed.

8.In the process of the enema, if you want to stop the piston moves down, just put the feet move pedal device.
