Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are factory with the import & export rights, rich experience of export molds, welcome to visit us in Shenzhen.
Q: What certificates you have?
A: We have ISO 9001:2015 and SGS certificate; and our factory have been approved as a Hi-Tech company of China, which require good R&D ability and financial health.
Q: Can I get a sample?
A: Yes,every mold we make, will provide samples for customer approval before mold delivery or mass production.
Q: I don’t have 3D part drawing, can you make part design for me?
A: Yes, we can make 3D part design according to your samples, after 3D part design confirmed, we will make mold and molding.Welcome to send samples to us for checking.
Q: I don’t have 2D part drawing, what is your standard part tolerance?
A: If customer do not have 2D part drawing while RFQ stage, we will use DIN16901 standard.
Q: After mold finished, can you make molded parts for me?
A: Yes. GBM can help you manufacture, assemble and printing for your plastic parts. Besides normal molding process, GBM has deep expertise of 2-shot molding, over-moulding and plastic-to-metal insert molding.
Q: Can you mold high temperature plastic material?
A: Yes. GBM have rich experience for high temperature material PEEK, PEI+GF, PPS+GF. Besides common 2-plate high temperature molds, we have made unscrewing molds for PPEK, as well as metal-to-PEEK insert molds.
Q: Can you help me to do machining?
A: Sure. So far we have helped customers to do precision machining for: EDM electrodes, mold components such as cavities & cores, cooling plates, inserts and so on, as well as other precision metal parts.
